Please read these Terms of Service carefully before using Travesy. These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Travesy Technologies Private Limited.
By accessing or using Travesy ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
These Terms apply to all users of Travesy, including travel agents, agency administrators, and team members. The entity or individual accepting these Terms ("you" or "Customer") represents that they have the authority to bind themselves or their organisation.
To use Travesy, you must create an account. You agree to:
You may not share account credentials with individuals outside your organisation. Each team member should have their own login (available on Agency plan).
You may use Travesy only for lawful travel business purposes. You agree NOT to:
We reserve the right to suspend accounts that violate these terms without prior notice.
Plans: Travesy offers Free, Pro, and Agency subscription plans. Plan features and limits are described at Travesy.in/pricing and are subject to change with 30 days' notice.
Billing: Pro and Agency plans are billed monthly or annually in Indian Rupees (INR). Payment is processed by Razorpay. By subscribing, you authorise recurring charges.
Auto-renewal: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing period unless cancelled.
Cancellation: You may cancel at any time from your billing settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. We do not offer refunds for partial periods.
Plan changes: Upgrades take effect immediately and are charged on a pro-rated basis. Downgrades take effect at the next billing cycle.
Price changes: We will give 30 days' notice of any price increases. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
Travesy IP: The Travesy platform, including its design, code, templates, and branding, is owned by Travesy Technologies Private Limited. You may not copy, reproduce, or create derivative works from our platform.
Your content: All trip content, portal designs, and descriptions you create belong to you. By using Travesy, you grant us a limited licence to host, display, and transmit your content for the purpose of providing the service.
Templates: Our built-in templates are licensed to you for use within Travesy only. You may not export template designs for use in other platforms.
AI-generated content: Content generated by our AI writer is provided for your use and review. We make no copyright claims on AI-generated text.
You are responsible for all content in portals you create and share. Travesy acts as a hosting intermediary only. You confirm that:
Travesy does not verify the accuracy of travel content. We are not liable for client disputes arising from portal content.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law:
Travesy provides the service "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
Travesy shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of business, loss of revenue, or loss of data, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.
Our total liability to you for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to Travesy in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for fraud, death, or personal injury caused by our negligence.
By you: You may terminate your account at any time by cancelling your subscription and deleting your account from settings.
By us: We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or cause harm to other users or third parties. We will provide notice where practicable, except in cases of serious violations.
Effect of termination: Upon termination, your access to Travesy and your portals will be disabled. You may export your trip data before termination. We will delete your data within 30 days of account deletion (subject to legal retention requirements).
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any aspect of Travesy at any time. We will provide reasonable advance notice of material changes. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bangalore, Karnataka, India.
Before initiating legal proceedings, you agree to attempt to resolve the dispute informally by contacting legal@Travesy.in. We will make reasonable efforts to resolve disputes within 30 days.
